Mamas & Papas have a cute pink and white check pajama set. Carters have tops and bottoms, although I was not impressed with the quality. Mothercare have a few nice ones for boys, not sure about the girls ones ... I recently got a Mickey Mouse set for my little boy from there and the quality is really good.
