hi ladies, am 33 weeks now and planning a baby shower breakfast thingy...gulp...yes, I'm planning one for my own self! lol

anyway, thought of inviting all the girls to breakfast at one of the cafes with oudoor seating as weather is nice and cool now..just checked with shakespear cafe though and they dont accept reservations so basiclaly i will have to pictch up with 12+ ladies and hope there is enough seating! I suppose the same applies for Pauls, PQ, etc? does anybody know..

I could do Afternoon Tea but one of my preggy friends in the same circle did this already recently so i thought breakfast would be an alternative fun idea..what do you think? Also, brekkie is my fave meal of the day :)

Do you reckon it will be okay without reservations or is it leaving too much to chance?

Hotel breakfasts are lovely - I know very well as thesis my favourite meal of the day too  but if you need to look budget similar to that of the places you have mentioned by don't you try the MORE cafe? The one at Gold & Diamond Park does have a nice area outside ... And you are next to Just Kidding in case anyone forgot to bring a presie ;)

Shakespeare & Co - the food is very average and the service shocking.....how about a nice hotel for breakfast? At least you would be able to have peace of mind by booking.
