Aside from the US? I am shocked by the prices here. Was going to buy Pregnacare, but then the pharmacist recommended another brand (forgot the name). I've also noticed that Puritan's Pride is highly recommended here.
If I buy either of the above, will I also need to get Omega 3 supplements? Which one would you recommend?
Also is there such a thing as prescribed prenatal vitamins here- are they any better? I'd prefer to go down this route especially if they'll be reimbursed through insurance, but am weighing the cost of a consultation just to get the prescription since I'm not yet pregnant (at least not to my knowledge ;)).
