DD has been potty trained for a week and a few days in she developed this rash on her bum cheeks. Her nursery teacher said it could be thrush and I could use canesten cream but it went so I didn't use any. Now DD has got this red rash at the front. Its on the outside, not inside. Can it hurt to use canesten? Anyone else's DD experienced this?
(She's also had a low grade fever for the last 2 days with a cough and today a runny nose... But I don't know if there's any connection :s )
