Has anyone bought Infant Gaviscon in Dubai lately?

My DD has mild reflux, and we tried her on infant gaviscon and it has worked wonders.

She's only on a half dose, but her vomiting during feedings has all but stopped and she's no longer in any pain, which is the main thing.

So I'm about to run out of the box that Enigma kindly donated to me, and I'm going out this afternoon to track some more down.

If anyone has bought it in the last few weeks, can you let me know where had it? Then hopefully I can go and get it without having to traipse around everywhere.

The pharmacy at City hospital stocks it! I always check when I'm at the hospital and they always have it in stock! Get you Dr to write you a prescription and you can get it filled at City! Done & dusted :) Ps. If your parents are getting it in the UK, they will need a prescription too! This I've check personally when I was over!

DXB - that would be wonderful! I traipsed around tonight looking for it and couldn't find it anywhere, in fact I got looked at like I had three heads! My email address is loracritchley at hotmail . co . uk and my phone number is 056 274 5825. If anyone else is willing to donate infant gaviscon, please let me know. My inlaws are coming over from the UK at the end of October and will bring some with them, so I'm happy to replace it if anyone has any going spare. Thanks L

Hi Angel, No it's a different type for adult and infants, the infants is a powder that is mixed with water or with formula, rather than the liquid. I think it's also a different strength. I'll check out the Dubai Mall if I need to later on, thanks.

are there different gaviscon for adults and babies? i don't know beacuse i have not given my baby who also had a mild reflux. but i saw a rack full of gaviscon in dubai mall yesterday. lower ground near waitrose there is one pharmacy on the left side. there are actually 3 pharmacies there and i have forgotten the name. for sure it wasn't supercare. it had bioderma advertised in big and on entering you wil see bioderma products. near the cash counter there was rack full of gaviscon if its the same for babies.
