I just went to M&P Mercato mall and they told me they dont do service. Did they service your pliko in Dubai Mall? I need a tune up before my next baby too. Pls let me know. Thank you.

If they don't do cleaning, cleaning at home is extremely easy for the pliko. I have done that several times. All u need is to remove 2 screws and throw the cover in the washing machine. I even wash the hood. It comes out as good as new.

I have 3 pushchairs frm M&P, they have spare parts if you need to replace some, & they do check the wheels for you. I'm not sure about cleaning. I bought mine from here & they were still under warranty. A wheel of one of the pushchairs broke & they changed it free of charge, & they oiled the wheels or my Pliko & Cruiser after few months of using them. Dubai Mall M&P's service is good. You can give them a call & check with them.
