The only problem with an 8:30am start is the morning traffic with people going off to work and doing the school run and back home again. It might deter some from participating depending on where you were planning to offer it. Sounds like a great idea though!
Hello, I am thinking about starting a mummy&me yoga class (basically postnatal yoga focused on mummies while babies are around:) and I was wondering what time in the morning would work (in my experience, this type of class is mostly attended by mums of 2/3-month old up to 8/9/10-month old babies). I know from my own experience about the routines and that it's difficult to do something during the nap times...Would, for example, 10.45 to 11.45 be too late? Or would 8.30 to 9.30am work better? All views are welcome and will be appreciated. Thank you :-)
