MY DH was informed last night by a colleague of his that as I am not under his visa, but sponsored by the company I work for, we would have problems doing the paperwork (birth certificate and visa) for our baby, when he eventually comes.
Could someone who has any knowledge of this tell me if this is true or how to get around it?
