Hi ChuckyDucky, I also live in MC and have an 8 months old baby. Not the same age though, but can still meet. :-) We're not allowed to arrange meetings here, but I'd recommend you to join the Dubai Motor City Facebook group and there are coffee mornings arranged for those who are not working. Maybe there we could arrange something for mums as well. What do you think?

Hi ladies! I'm a new mum to a 3 month old little boy and we just moved to Motor City. I LOVE it here, the greenery, the quiet... But I haven't been able to meet any other mums yet. I would really love to get to know some friendly ladies with babies around the same age, taking care of a small baby all day can be lonely sometimes, especially in a place like Dubai where most of us don't have the traditional family support system in place. So if you're craving some adult conversation and live in Motor City, maybe we can meet up sometime? My son is still too small to play with other kids, but it would sure be nice if he had some playmates ready to go once he gets to that age :) I'm European (Dutch), if it matters.
