I am now 37 weeks and absolutely desperate for a foot/ leg massage as they are constantly puffy and painful :( I went for a prenatal massage on my whole body at the Oasis Centre and that helped, but would like to find something just for legs/feet and not as expensive as a whole body! I know in early pregnancy they are not meant to do any massages, but not sure if its ok to get this type now? Can anyone recommend a place?

Just to say, had the reflexology session today...feet really do feel much lighter and more flexible. Eva was really good, highly recommend for anyone experiencing those painful side effects! Yup Eva is great! Love her

Thank you ladies. I have called up a couple of places and asked about reflexology for pregnant women. I called Belle Femme and have an appointment on Tuesday at home, so can't wait. Will let you know how it goes! Hope you enjoy it! Massages were a life saver for me this time

I think since you're considered 'term' it shouldn't be a problem- but i'm not a specialist of course. I did massages all throughout pregnancy until a week before i delivered. I was going to Sensasia at the golf club and would do a full body massage including legs and feet. It was fantastic! I also hired Belle Femme at Home service and their massage technician Eva was fantastic and very knowledgeable about the 'pressure' points.

Uh uh..not always 'safe' to massage feet in pregnancy. Certain points especially around ankles can bring on labour. If its just straight massage then ok but avoid reflexology like treatments unless given by someone specifically trained. edited by Feefmick on 30/09/2013

Try lilypond. They're a chain with locations over Dubai and prices are quite good. Not sure if they specifically do a foot/leg massage but worth a try. It's safe to massage feet/legs at any stage of pregnancy.
