Worth every penny towards the last few months, dont like yoga too slow for me normally (cardio freak) but when everything starts to get sore and you start to slow down this is a life saver as i felt like a new woman after doing the classes. I also loved meeting other new mums to be and they are now amongst some of my closest friends and all our children play together. See if the gym offers a monthly package that may save you money.

HI. I also do regular yoga and have done prenatal as well. With my first I kept going to regular yoga until I found it really difficult with the big belly which was the beginning of my 7th month...then I switched over to prenatal. Prenatal is nice b/c you spend time bonding with the baby, doing helpful labour positions and meeting other moms that are close to the same due date as you...which you then might meet up again with in Mama and Me yoga after the baby arrives. I am now having my second and still doing regular yoga (only 21 weeks at the moment) but will be switching when it gets just a little too much again!

So I want to do prenatal yoga, I have done normal Yoga before and I like it, I find some positions challenging and I feel great. For prenatal yoga my DH is telling to join a class, and the only place "Yoga Tree" in AD charges 60 dhs. I have found some videos on youtube and the exercises seem very simple, dont seem worth 60 dhs, so I wonder if I should spend my money going to the Yoga Tree or just do the ones online?. I was thinking of going for a few and then continue at home doing the online videos!. For normal yoga I feel it is worth paying because the positions are tough and the instructor corrects you, but the prenatal yoga seems so simple. Any experiences?
