where to find baby detergent?

Hi ladies,
Following on from the itchy boobs thread....my ob has said to wash all my bras (cotton only) in baby detergent and to use calamine lotion and nothing else until the itching stops.
Had a look in Waitrose this afternoon and no baby detergent...where is the best place to buy and any recommended brands?
