Key responsibilities:

• Maintain appropriate licenses and training hours as required.
• Comply with applicable UAE laws, rules and regulations.
• Adhere to all standards and guidelines established by the Knowledge and Human Development Authority (KHDA)
• Adhere to all KHDA Rules related to licensed educators.
• Attend work regularly.
• Embrace and implement innovative instructional strategies.
• Be flexible and adapt to student and school needs.
• Be organized, reflective, participatory and punctual.
• Be passionate about instructional excellence.
• Focus on making learning visible through effective student engagement.
• Work cooperatively with other team members to improve the instructional program.
• Effectively use computers and technology to support effective instruction and student learning.
• Evaluate and differentiate student progress and adapt individual programs to meet student needs.
• Implement Common Core curriculum with rigor, purpose and planning.

We are looking for candidates who:

• Hold a B.Ed., subject-related degree, and PGCE / PGDE or equivalent
• Are proficient in differentiated instruction, assessment techniques, and inquiry-based teaching methods
• Possess strong collaboration, motivation, and classroom management skills
• Are eager to contribute to the school’s vision and actively engage in extracurricular activities
• Have excellent communication and technology skills
• Preferably have experience with the Common Core or American curriculum
