For any ladies that use strawberrynet, have you ever been charged duty on arrival here in Dubai. I have a number of things that I wish to order. I am not sure if it will be worth it if duty is involved or do you place orders seperately so the total on a package does not attract attention. Any insight would be appreciated.
Thanks.

Possibly, but I have had to pay duty when I ordered above $350 on Shop & Ship.

Hi Blue Cow, most personal shipments are not subject to customs/duty, unless you import in commercial quantities...

I have ordered quite a bit over the past 3 years from them and noticed one thing. Strawberrynet gift wraps everything and never includes prices; there is only a shipping list but never an invoice. I would feel safe ordering expensive products -- and actually do. I never order more than 3 products at a time (the more orders I place, the more discount I get).

I have never been charged and order about 3 times a year, over the last 5 years. I have never ordered perfumes only skincare and cosmetics. It should be fine.
