Is there anywhere that sells Scan Bran ? I don't really like the stuff, but as i can have it alongside my oats of a morning as an healthy option i might aswell, and not only that there are a few recipes it can be used in inc a cake.
If any of you ladies are interested i was thinking about sharing recipes, i did this diet 2yrs ago so i have quite a few recipe books that arn't available online, just let me know.

I am happy to help in any way, i followed this back in the u.k.,love slimming world. I,m also finding it harder going it alone but pleased to say i,m joinging a group of ladies in A.D. tomorrow. And today a friend of a friend just brought me another supply of mugshots, plus the 30 day thread dvd,so all set to go !!!. sorry never seen scran bran but do ask at your usual supermarket if theres any chance they could order it in for you.I did it for the magazine and they now stock it and today i asked them to get chicken mugshots ,she took a photo of the packet and the email details so lets wait and see eh. :)

No struggling with following the plan, just my motivation and keeping on track week by week. Im nearly 5 stone off thanks to slimming world. I do find it easier when i'm in the uk visiting a class.Oh and all the low sin/sin free stuff you can buy. <em>edited by Helsbells1 on 17/01/2011</em>

Haven't seen it anywhere but best bet might be the Organic Food Shop? I tried to make the Scan Bran cake a few years ago after tasting someone else's - mine was horrible, no idea what I did wrong and it put me off the stuff lol Good luck
