Awww...feel bad for your "oops moment" -- but I did have a chuckle (since it's something that could absolutely happen to any of us). I do hope nothing is wrong, but I would visit the pharmacy or call the on-call nurse at your GP's office.
From what I would immediately think, the nasal solution is probably just a saline solution made to clear up the mucous by making it more wet in the nasal passage. So putting that in your eye probably isn't bad (especially if it is what I think it is).
Call the doc/pharmacy to be sure though.
I would doubt you've done any damage as eyes and nose are connected. If in doubt, go and see your GP and explain. I'm sure he/she has heard far worse and if it puts your mind at rest it's worth it.
