I used Rhonda from Doulas of Dubai. I also know Joyce. I would definitely recommend a Doula. Best decision we ever made.

highly highly recommend a doula for labor and birth! I had Nicola from Dubai Doulas for my first delivery. And thank god she was there! She was great support o my DH and mother who were also present and worried during my labor. Her partner Elizabeth Bain (http://www.dubaidoulas.com/) is still in Dubai and is simply amazing! She was previously a midwife also before becoming a doula :) Then there is Silvia Winkler (http://www.my-doula.com/), Andrea Guy, Zannie and so many other lovely women! I think u will be spoilt for choice and wont know which one to choose as they are all sooo lovely and so supportive! Having a doula is like having you best friend through your labor. She smiles at you, encourages you, and basically supports you. Its amazing what the female body can accomplish and these women let you believe in yourself.
