Had BB for years my only complaint is that often long sms s are truncated and sometimes you never get to see the sms at all !! Apart from that couldn t live without it :) But with BBM and Whatsapp who needs sms?

I've had everything going-pearl, curve, bold and now had a torch for the past 6 months-LOVE it. Have dropped it a millions times and fingers crossed never had any functionality probs. Mine was not bought locally tho-its an AT and T model

Love em all!!! Except when trying to switch devices as I'm in the middle of right now ....... it's taking ages and switching all data from one to the other just aint happening (says fatal error when transfering what's backed up in desk top mgr to new device - boooo hoooo!!). I've imported all contacts ok, but lost all my BBM contacts & will have to reload FB and various other bits n bobs. Started with a pearl some years ago now, upgraded to a bold, downgraded to a curve and am now switching back to a bold (the curve track pad was playing up intermitendly (sp)). Still, despite my current frustration switching devices I think the bold is my fave of the family. DH has a torch & I find it just a bit too heavy for my lightweight handbag :-)

I love my torch too. And I have had zero functional problems with it edited by bornconfused on 26/01/2011 That's good news... I was warned by the shop people that it had a lot of teething problems...and my bro in law has issues with his touch screen. I'm glad that's not the case for you! Ihave issues not being able to open text messages if its full - have to go through the messages bit and delete them then it will open.

Sleek, s3xy, easy to use, great interface, not chunky and awkward like the Torch which, according to Axiom, has a lot of functional problems. i think the only main difference between the 9000 and the 9700 is the track ball vs the track pad...right? Yeah I think so.... I love the track pad! So smoooooth hehehe.... and the 9700 was available in white which I got as it's so Dubai lol. i had my 9000 blinged up with a bronze case +dark brown and golden zebra stripes on the back while i was in dubai last week...now i wish i hadn't. LOL! I think you went a bit too far with that hehe.
