OK so I am 4dp 5dt and have just done a home test and got a negative- boo. Looking on the internet it seems there are 2 schools of thought: (1) lots of people say that this stage may be still too early for a positive result and so it doesn't necessarily mean I am not pregnant; (2) seems like a lot of people get positive results from home tests from today. Is school of thought (1) just trying to eek out some hope when realistically there is little chance? If there is any chance that I am pregnant, does it mean it's unlikely to be multiple given the negative response now??
Any input from you ladies out there with IVF experience would be most gratefully received.
In the meantime, can someone please just knock me out until my clinic test! What I wouldn't do for a nice glass of anything alcoholic right now (even at this time in the morning!)
