I know normally people are complaining about excessive water bills, well what should we do? Our water meter appears to have stopped working altogether but we are still getting our normal water supply. Suggestions appreciated as I seriously don't want to get a 3 month water bill for the period in a few months, could they still charge us even if it is not being measured?
