I am nearly 10 weeks pregnant and all my pregnancy symptoms have just disappeared. I literally just woke up one morning and don't feel sick anymore or bloated and my boobs aren't as swollen and sore.

Should i be worried?? Or am i just being a paranoid mess??!!

Exactly the same thing happened to me at 10 weeks - my symptoms stopped overnight at around 10 weeks. I think in the end I made my boobs sore again from poking them so much to see if they were still sore! I barely slept at night until my 12 week scan as I was so worried that something had gone wrong, but all was fine :-) I'm sure you will be too so try not to worry (easier said than done I know). xx

I wouldnt worry. I remember getting to that point, the sickness stopped, I had no baby bump and I just felt normal...thinking "am I really pregnant". Make the most of it and enjoy it :)

No need to be worried, really. Your body is adapting to the new levels of hormones and the symptoms like sickness, tiredness will usually disappear after the first 10-12 weeks. Just relax and enjoy the next 3-4 months. It's the best time of the pregnancy: You're not sick anymore and also not yet big as a whale!
