You can have it removed here but it is not licensed for insertion. I had mine replaced in the UK as they wouldn't have been able to put a new one in here. If you contact Dubai London Clinic Dr Barbara told that it could be removed but I'm not sure if they do it there or would refer you somewhere else. If you are returning home and can wait I would as they are obviously more experienced at the removal although it shouldn't be complicated. Hope this helps.
