Hi Cakes - I don't really get aching pains but I do get twinges and light cramps I guess from time to time. Hopefully all ok. Hope the tiredness isn't too bad for you all...

Hi girls! Would like to wish you happy pregnancy -)) I am also 7 weeks alo g and feeling sleepy all the time. I don't work so have pretty much all the time to myself but day todayisdifferent. One day I can walk for an hour or so, but the other I just lay around the house and even lazy to make lunch. Also miss exercises so much - but advised to chill out on it for now. Dr advised that swimming is safe, but I am too lazy for it-(( also gained like 2 pounds just cuz I am not moving much - and hungry (trying to munch on since I quit smoking)

Sorry to tell you ladies that I am in my second trimester (15,5 weeks) and I am still knackered. I don't know when this is going to end. I also work full time and I can barely cope with the days.... I'll be asking my doctor on Wednesday if this might be lack of iron, unfortunately all sources say that it is normal....

Congratulations!! Feeling exactly the same - this is my first pregnancy and am constantly exhausted. The continual nausea doesn't help either. I literally finish work, go home and eat dinner and am in bed by 8/830 - it is the only way I can deal with it at the moment am hoping it will ease up soon! I seem to get to the weekends and feel even worse I'm not sure why?! Think we can only sleep and keep eating well. I really miss exercising and hear that can help but I just don't have the energy at the moment. Hopefully can get back into it in the second trimester. Hope you feel better soon.

Hi Cakes. I totally understand how you feel. I have two LO's already and am currently pregnant with twins. I am past the first trimester now but every single day I felt like I was suffering from a really bad hangover. My cells felt tired (if that makes sense). I have never felt a "tiredness" like it. Unfotunately there is nothing you can do really. Just try and get as much rest as possible, there is lots and lots going on inside of you at the moment! Also, know that it will pass, hopefully by about week 13/14/15 you will start to feel much better and have more energy. I am 31 weeks pregnant and feel heaps better than I did at 7 weeks. Good luck
