duddym, How's it going? Hope all's well. Thanks for all the info and thanks for asking Chocoholic, I've tried Lauren but unfortunately she is on maternity till January. I've made an appointment at home for when I go back for Christmas then will try someone here Jan. Pain has got a little bit better so fingers crossed it stays manageable. The midwife said I had SPD which put the fear of god into me!

I didn't have an experience with chiropractic for pregnancy but i heard Dr Gary Fitzgerald is really good at it and he is also treating colics for small babies.

I had SPD and sciatica in my pregnancy as well as after. Saw Lauren at Dubai Osteopathic Health Centre (same place). She's brilliant. Really helped me. She's pregnant too now and due for her maternity leave sometime soon. So maybe check if she's available? I highly recommend her. if not I've heard most of the people at the place are good - heard about Aziza too. I've used malcolm gregory for my back pre pregnancy and he's great as well.
