I had a cesarean 5 months ago, and I lifted some groceries last week, a bit heavy, but not that much. Since I have been having pain there, I feel like there is something there inside when I walk, I cannot touch anything outside. Anyone experienced something similar???

I had my 3rd c-section 3 months ago and have no pain at all. It sounds like you may have a minor infection to me. This happened to me c-section 2 around 2 months. Definitely go to your GP just to be sure - if there is a little infection it is easily treated.

I'd agree that you should have it checked. The scar area itself stopped having any sort of pain after a few weeks for me. Only the occasional twinge if my baby steps on it. I do have some general loss of flexibility - not as agile as I was before but I suspect thats more because I've been lazy than the surgery. My doctor did say that complete healing can take up to six months.

Mine didn't hurt past the first few weeks. I would get it checked out, sounds like you may have injured yourself.

If I remember correctly, 5 months after my csection(and even farther), the area inside my incision hurt whenever I sneezed/coughed. It gradually went away. They say it's the scar tissue or something like that but nothing really serious, I guess. Pain will go away eventually.
