Hi. Can anyone advise on this? I'm a first time mom and after i gave birth, my underarms have been quite sweaty and smelly and I have tried a couple of deodorants now. can anyone recommend what to do? Thanks

I thought all antiperspirants had aluminium. I have also been searching and searching - did a thread on here a while ago too. So far have only found deodorants without aluminium. Tried Tom's of Maine which I found at Life pharmacy and it is OK although you have to apply lots and lots of it to make sure you don't miss any spots on your armpits. Also tried an organic range that the pharmacy stocks and it is not bad, but again you need to apply lots and lots.

I believe you can find Tom's of Maine natural products here. In the organics food and grocery in dubai mall or on sh. zayed road might be the place to start otherwise do an internet seach for who carries it?

It's not antiperspirant but I use one of those natural mineral salt deodorants and it works fine. I get it from the Organic Shop.

THis is a bit excessive but I used to use the Gillette gel one because it doesnt have aluminium. its a gel deo and a bit strong but perfect for when I worked out as it was sans alcohol too. After one pregnancy, constant BF and finally becoming comfortable with myself, I have stopped using antiperspirant altogether- only body sprays ;-)
