Hi Ladies
I've a 14 month old daughter, im always unsure whether i am feeding her the right amount of food. SHe has become a very picky eater and eats less now, not sure if i should be worried. But out of curiosity does anyone out there know how much food a toddler should be eating. im a little lost :s

Kids can get very fussy with their foods, they say the stomach is as big as their fist. My son eats a lot depending on what meal it is, he loves pasta so will eat a big bowl of that. I would just give her a variety as the other lady said and don't worry about how much she eats, snack times should be regular and make sure her weight is going up not down. If you do all that she will be fine :)

As much as she wants. Offer a variety of healthy foods and let her pick and feed herself what she wants and is interested in. As long as she's gaining weight, she's getting enough. And their weight gain really slows at this point. About 1/4kg per month is normal.
