I am just 9 weeks along with number 2 but this time bloating,nausea and gas is worse then first time. Any suggestions? i am only able to eat orange or kiwis or lemons after 3 pm.Gas pain is so worse that i get loose motions from it.

gaviscon ,navidoxine is not helping at all. i have completely cut dairy products only one cup of cold milk in the late morning as i am still feeding my 20 month old. I have started walks as i became quite lazy due to stomach pains, its helping but very less. if i already have gas pain and walk it worsens. so for now i am just bearing it :(

Gaviscon is not helping?? For me hot water works but some people say it worsens. Walking a few steps after a meal may also help.
