Hi Ladies,

I have been searching some old posts but cant find something regarding good pediatrician. I am looking for a pedia which I can bring my one month old for check up and hopefully will be her doctor for good.

My OB recommended someone and the hospital where I gave birth has pedia too who've seen her but I am not happy with both.

Thanks in advance for your feedback.

I also highly recommend Dr Jens Kempf. He is very good, supportive and caring. He gave me his mobile number and told me to call him whenever I need to. I called him once at 10:30 pm and he picked up immediately, took a lot of time and calmed me down. The next morning he called me to check if I and the little one are doing ok. So I'm more than happy with him. He is at GMC in Jumeirah, Green Community and TECOM so you can choose what location suits you best.

I also highly recommend Dr.Khan He has been my DD ped for more than two years now. He is very patient with first time moms and very supportive. He replies to my SMSs :) He listens to moms. He is very caring and good with kids. He is in Cooper clinic as someone mentioned below.

Hi, This thread might help: http://www.expatwoman.com/forum/topic167765-good-pediatrician-in-dubai-.aspx I personally like Dr. Khan at Cooper Clinic and Dr. Jens Kempf at GMC Clinic Jumeirah I took DD to Dr. Khan when she was 4 days old because the in-house pediatrician at the hospital was terrible and freaked out us out that DD had jaundice and needed phototherapy, long story short he was completely wrong and I took DD out of the hospital against his wishes, and took her to Dr. Khan and he was very reassuring and practical, looked thru DD's hospital reports thoroughly, and he really helped calm me down. <em>edited by sourskittleashnut on 22/02/2014</em>

i am happy with my paediatrician who was there since birth of my baby 2 years back. His name is dr badi in healthcare city. he has his own clinic, healthcall. if you want i can give you the details. i tried changing doctors near my home but didn't found anyone good like him.
