DesertCart - Beware
Ladies,
Maybe some of you have had a better experience with desertcart - the online store in RAK but mine is terribly bad and I just thought I should warn you. I placed an order at the end of March because the delivery time mentioned 10 - 12 days but I have still not received my order. They have a livechat box which worked perfectly fine when I was placing my order but now when I follow up, the live chat never works. I end up waiting and then it goes offline. Their website has no contact number and after sending an email i was given a phone number that is perpetually engaged. I am so frustrated with this company and just wanted to warn you against ordering from there. Unless you are prepared to wait for ages, STAY AWAY. You are better off ordering from Amazon or e-bay..
