Hi Ladies

Was watching BBC World news this morning & this story came on about an Afghan man who paid illegal smugglers to get him & his family out of Afghanistan. However along the way the boat got into some trouble and a lot of people died. Including his entire family - young children and his wife.
In order to get his families bodies back to Afghan to bury them, they were flown back however the Afghan govt. would not help cover costs and now he is bankrupt and in over USD 8000 debt. This story really brought tears to my eyes... His wife and sons were buried in Afghanistan however it took a long time to find his daughter and she is now buried in Turkey :(

does anyone know how to go about setting up a funding site to help this man? I have contacted the BBC as i'm sure they would know his details but not sure if there is another way to do this?? I think the BBC will take a very long time to respond as i have to go via the "contact us" section as its the only way i could find to email them
his name is mentioned on the top of the video

The video link is below from the news story:

A good friend of mine runs a media network in Afghanistan, I'll ask him what he knows and revert back.
