Hello! Does anyone know of an affordable and nice compound in Jumeirah/umm Suqeim ( max 185K for 3 bedrooms)? TIA Hi samram, We're not exactly in a compound, it's more like a normal residential area, in Al Bada'a (near City Walk) and there are dozens of empty 3 bed villas for approx 180k I believe (they were all used by emirates for pilots, but Emirates moved everyone to the Emirates owned compounds). The management company is Al Wasl properties (they have several offices in Dubai) and I have to say they are excellent. The villas themselves are government owned. Might be worth a look! Thank you!! ?

Hi... we live in a lovely compound called the TERRACES in Jumeirah 2. It is managed and run by Deira Tower Real Estate. Their office is in City Tower 2 on Sh Zayed Road. The villa compound is made up of 100 identical three bedroom villas. We have round the clock maintenance and security but no other facilities such as gym/pool/etc. I do know that they operate a waiting list system for the rentals so best to get in touch with them to check for availability... we pay AED 170K for our three bedroom but I guess new tenants would pay slightly more so it might fit within your budget...
