FairyDust I’m grateful for you educating us as to where our various types of meat comes from.
I was referring to the very few instances of pasture raised veal that you mention (that does exist), precisely for this reason, it is difficult to find.

Ummm you do understand what Veal actually is right? There are very few instances of pasture raised veal, because the met comes from calves upto 6 months old that have been fed nothing but milk.
Veal is incredibly cruel, because the calves are kept chain up inside tiny cages, barely able to move and fed nothing but milk, then slaughtered at 6 months - that's why the meat is like it is.
Sorry if this sounds harsh, but people need to be educated as to where their various types of meat comes from.
PS - I'm not a vegetarian.
