I have often wondered about this. I always thought that the D stood for Dubai!!! Not used to talking about OH with such affection as 'Darling' lol

I think the "D" can stand for dear, darling...or da&%ed - depending on the context... haha ;)
In many cases the D in DH is often di@khead ;)

Hmm mind blank....
I am fairly new here and I come across so many abbreviations, that, somehow I learned what they mean. But I really don't know what word they stand for. It seems like every family member has a 2 letter shortcut.
