I hope no one thinks of putting car in any vacant space in golf towers, or else where before asking the owner - it is likely to be towed away. There has been problems with this in the past.

bee, Most buildings in Greens have a not-so-legal car cleaning business. These car cleaning guys are always in the know about what parking is empty [tenant not in country or not using parking, et cetera'>. So just talk to them and ask them and if you are so inclined, get yourself an agreement to get the exterior of your car cleaned 12 times a month for AED 120 in total :)

Thanks ladies, Hunts in Dubai, that's a great idea. There are actually quite a few empty spaces in the basement parking area but security won't let us know which apartments they belong to so that we can ask the owners direct. Security have already reported me to Emaar for parking in the visitors parking so it would be nice to sort something out. On street parking is just a nightmare.

Parking in the Greens with more than one car is certainly a struggle. Most of the flats in the Links Towers (I believe at least in the West Tower) are either 1 or 2 bedrooms so only have 1 car parking space. However across the street in the Golf in both towers there are 3 bedroom flats with 2 car parking spaces. You might have a better chance asking someone there even though you'd have to walk across the street.
