Apart from unplugging the box and the cord from the wall, I'm don't think you can. Sometimes they ask if we have access to the other box but it's in our neighbors home so we can't access it at all times. If you have access to it, maybe there is a reset switch in there. BUT PLEASE DONT TRUST ME ON THIS! I've never actually seen the other box! So you have two wall sockets where the network cable hoes in? Is there a chance that someone has unplugged it and put it back in the wrong one. I'm sorry I don't know how to fix it! I should though considering how often it happens!

Ours was out for about 24hrs with the "client initialization notice on the blue screen". Unplugging the cords didn't help. When the technician called, he told me he had to reboot/reset our system. We still experienced a few black screens but it soon sorted itself out. I must say that from the millions of times we've had to call them, this time they were very helpful and quick to respond! A nice change!
