The American Academy of Pediatrics has recommended not using these as they are considered choking hazards. (No judgment on my part). My pediatricians office had an article posted. Here is a link to...
It works. I was even surprised with the way it worked. Though some people later told me it depends on where it is bought. I got mine from https://www.balticessentials.com/ and it really worked like magic

Saw some on sale at souq.com but I can't vouch for their authenticity.

Sorry don't know the name - it is on a corner near the 2 Cara shops. Actually just a glance at it recently and it seemed mostly quite expensive jewellery . Try googling for amber in Dubai.

There is a shop in Gold and Diamond Park that seems to sell only amber - near Cara ( it could be owned by Cara) - they may have teething beads.

it's time for a replacement for us - anyone know where i can get an authentic baltic amber teething necklace for the little one? i got ours from amazon in the US complete with a certificate of authenticity, but am hoping can find a reputable retailer locally. please let me know -- we were big skeptics in the beginning but truly it has helped us (and we need a new one!) TIA!
