Can't even be bothered to open it, but mums doing that kind of things disgust me and I don't think they have a life on their own.

Those kiddie beauty pageants make my stomach turn. Teaching young children to be vain and care so much about their appearance is just so wrong. The parents involved are very sad individuals.
Deliberately inflicting pain on a child for no good reason is abuse in my book.
In my opinion, we have no right over our children's bodies, whether its waxing, circumcision or piercings.
Even though in my culture piercing little baby girls ears is normal, I did not do it - well till they pleaded for it.
Having said that, I also waxed my DD's lower legs recently at the age of 9. As it was causing her a lot of emotional issues, we discussed it, did trials & research over months and did it as a one off and hoping to do it once in 4-5 months just to keep her legs acceptably okay for her. She is still okay with the regrowth as its not back 100% and its been 3 months.
sorry..couldn't even watch it. Just the picture was enough. Yes it is abuse. Any one who deliberately hurts a child, with the exception of medical intervention of for their own safety, is abusing that child. Disgusting.
