NEOS on the 63rd (?) floor of The Address Downtown. Get there when it opens at 6pm and get great views of the BK and the opening shows of the Fountains from above. Expensive, but worth the cost of one drink. Ditto The Observatory at The Marriott Harbour. Went for Friday brunch in December and it was very good - fantastic views not only out over the Gulf but also inland from the restaurant.

Can't beat the observatory in the marriott harbour for views of the marina, palm etc it's on the 52nd floor time it for sunset and you won't be disappointed. Totally agree! DH surprised me on my brthday and had a lovely meal, it was amazing.
