Does anyone have any experience with purchasing smart phone (unlocked) from US or UK? and shipping it to Dubai?
If yes, please suggest some trusty websites and for shipping can I use shop and ship?

You can get unlocked US and UK phones here in the 'grey' market shops. Plenty about. I always get mine from the stores in Mirdiff City Centre. People buy UK/US phines as they have applications that aren't available on UAE released phones, for example Facetime is not loaded onto UAE release iPhones. Hi FairyDust, Thank you for giving the information. Are you referring the grey market shops in Deira and Bur Dubai? Or we have them in Mirdiff City centre as well?
