Had anyone used him for pregnancy and had a c section with him? Any feedback?

I've seen him a few times because my pregnancy has been very bumpy so far and my doctor at Al wasl is on maternity leave. We were very impressed with him, especially his professionalism. He was very respectful also of the fact i was a covered woman which i noticed and appreciated. He is a worry wart i agree but better to be safe than sorry right? He deals with high risk pregnancies so i guess he will always want to rule out the worst. I would recommend him highly... i wish i could turn him into a woman so i could stay with him! lol

Another opinion ;p I had him too, I think he is BRILL too, his blog is wonderful. However, I didn't see him through to the end - I changed to Dr Raj as just felt more comfortable towards the last trimester with a woman (didn't expect to feel like that, but I did) and also he was a bit of a worry wort - everything concerned him and was a 'worry' and that made so uneasy. BUT these two are purely personal feelings specific to me and not on Dr George. He's a good doc.

Brilliant, thanks Rosy, I remember this as being one of the things that put me off last time as the ultra sound dept was always a nightmare!

He has the scanning machine in his office, so all very easy, particularly late in your pregnancy when walking to another department becomes a bit more of a challenge!

I had a thoroughly positive experience with Dr George from start to finish. A friend of mine also saw him throughout her pregnancy and she too was very happy with him. I really couldn't recommend him highly enough. We had some difficulties along the way and I found his bedside manner and professionalism without fault. A fantastic doctor in my experience.

Thanks, please can you tell me does he have a scanning machine in his room or do you have to go to a seperate department? I had a baby a few yrs ago at American but with a different dr and remember having to go elsewhere for scan, hoping that's changed now though.

We thought Dr George was fantastic. He looked after me throughout my pregnancy and delivered my baby, although it was a natural birth not a c-section. He is quite a serious personality, but obviously takes his work very seriously and relaxes/warms up as he gets to know you and is a nice guy. He also did my amino. Me and my husband thought he was so great that he is the only doctor we would want for my next pregnancy, you know what is like when you grow to trust someone - we regularly worry about him leaving Dubai!! Enjoy your pregnancy!
