Hi, does anyone know if you can go to any of the classes without being a member? As in just pay a fee per class? Possibly a daft question its just I'll have the use of a gym so just want to do maybe do 1 or 2 classes a week.

I do not think you can pay per class in FF. I am a member and the only way to get friends in is with the pass that Shilpa was reffering to. If you are planning to do lots of classes FF is good value for money, however if it is for just twice a week may not be justified. You could try Al Areej club , which is close to DFC FF( Next to Al Badia) . There you pay per class and do not need to be a member. They have Zumba, Yoga etc. HTH

Hi Minxy, there are several places offering this. Depends what area u r looking for and also if u drive. I am a member of fitness first and it is approx AED 399 per month.. if u bargain/not look very interested, they usually strike out the joining fee of AED 1000. U will have to pay a one off Admin fee about AED 179 and similar for a triple pack of sample personal training. If you go to the website for fitness first UAE all u need to do is register online with a contact number and u can download a free pass (needs to be used on three consecutive days) for any of their branches and u can use the facilities for free. This is what i usually do for visitors. U will be subjected to a lill sales demo but u can always say to them that u will do it afterwards and just walk out :P

Ah I thought that might be the case. Do you happen to have an idea of how much the membership is? Also do you pay extra for classes or are they included in the membership?
