Driving down s zayed yesterday and saw a brand new " military type armoured " green lorry thingy with what looked like water cannons and other thingies on the roof of it a little scary i thought

They're not new. They've been here a while. Anyone remember the labourers out at the camp near Al Muntazah in Jebel Ali protesting about 5 years ago? The police used water cannon to disperse them then. I guess they are on the roads now to remind us all that the police still have them. Yes I remember that - it was awful......

We saw some kind of armoured vehicle in RAK yesterday with RAK Police written on it. I decided not to cut it up. Good thinking SD lol but did it look brand new like the Dubai one cos I have never seen anything like it before ? Yes it did. I won't say it was all new and shiny because it wasn't, it was matt black lol, but it did look very clean and scratch free.

Could be the same reason there is a sudden huge increase in police presence around at the moment, I saw at least 5 police cars parked up around the WTC roundabout at lunch time!
