Yes...I am very much satisfied with their policies and coverage. It was one of my friend, who suggested to me about the OIC. They have about 25 years of experience in providing efficient car insurance products. Their customer service in ease of ensuring vehicles and claims procedures are all done in an easy manner. I would like to share this here-https://www.tameen.ae/for-individuals/car-insurance/car-insurance

Hi, i've been using Oman Insurance for the last 3 years. Till date, their service's and premium rates are pretty reasonable. Go for it.

I am just about to renew my car insurance. I have used Oman for the last 4 years. Its worth noting that if you have an accident and its your fault, when you come to renew your insurance, they will refuse you. My car was being driven by valet parking and they crashed it into another car. I got the pink slip bcos my car caused the accident (although i wasnt driving) anyway, the valet compny admitted liability and the cost would come of their insurance (they were also with Oman) this never happened and all the damage was billed to me (without my knowledge) when I cam to renew, they told me my insurance was cancelled because I had made a claim. was shocked that they can authorise repairs to 2 cars on my insurance without my say so. Long story short, i got the police involved and in the end I billed the repair costs to the company responsible for the accident through Oman So Im thinking whether to renew with them again or not. Although, If you have a RAKBANK account you can renew through them with Oman and you get a better rate. insurance is 5% of the value of your car but RAKBANK will do 3.9% if im not mistaken. worth checking out Ps, Oman were very good with breakdown etc

Ditto here - the couple of times I've needed roadside assistance they were there within an hour or so. And the cost for annual coverage is less expensive than 2 other companies i got quotes from.

I have been using them for auto insurance for 2 years now....no problems and when my battery died, they sent someone right away to collect, tow and/or fix. Two thumbs up!

Not with them for car insurance, but DH's company uses them for health. So far they have approved everything we have asked for. Hope this helps a little
