Hi, we are thinking of moving to Jumeirah Park 4 bedroom villa. Any idea of the Dewa bills with a pool and without a pool, of course I know about the Housing fee.

Sue, housing fee is 1041/month for 4 bedrooms. most of the people were charged the 2k+ this month. you need to pay a visit to Almanara gov office (on SZR), go to counter 44 and you will have it adjusted. it might also help if you join jumeirah Park residents page of FB.you will certainly get quicker response there.

Hi sorry for the ignorance, but can I ask what the housing fee is? I have only been in Dubai for a few months and suddenly I have a fee this month of AED 2,400 odd. Thanks We've got the same fee this month. On the same day we made a complaint and got a new fee of 900 aed.
