HI All,

we might be thinking about moving to see if we can get more space at a cheaper rate... these villas seem very affordable... does anyone live there or know about them? Any feedback? Thanks in advance!

hello people, does anyone know why the 12 towers in living legends are not being built and handover? I bought it in 2006 and paid for it in full but it just won't finish.

Well we have been there now for around 4 weeks and we love it. There are maintenance issues with the houses as they are new builds and you certainly need to check the snagging list before it is signed by the landlord or it is very difficult to get work done if there is no one home during the week. The houses are very large and the area is really peaceful. But for the price I think they are great.

Hi all, I have just seen this post and the villas look lovely. Do you know if the owners are flexible with the price since the compound is fairly new? We will definitely have a look at it too.

Dubai is home to many affordable villas. You can consider buying a villa in palm Jumeirah if you can afford it. The villas in Meadows is also a very good option to buy a home. I think this might be effective https://www.buzzfeed.com/sellanyhome/how-to-search-for-and-buy-a-villa-in-dubai-3bl5u

I have a friend who recently moved there and she's said it's lovely - the houses are much bigger than what you'd find in Springs/Ranches for same price... A little bit further away in terms of driving, but i'm sure as with any new community in Dubai it will feel finished and more of a community in the coming months.. There'll be a mall there too won't there?
