A very large falcon, with tracking device attached, devouring an equally large gull on the pavement!

It had alot of spectators, but flew off when there was basically nothing left of the gull.

Don't think there is anywhere we can report this, is there?

You could try calling Nad Al Shiba vets on Saturday morning. They deal with a lot of falcons and may know if one's missing but it could have gone a long way between now and Saturday.

I meant to report on a 'lost and found Falcon birds' internet forum or anything like that? Apparently if the bird is outside the tracker range it can't necessarily be found. Although slightly worried that if it stays 'at large' on Arabian Ranches our fluffy pets may be the next target ... it was quite a big one!

What do you need to report? If it was devouring a much loved pet I would understand but a wild bird killing another wild bird is surely just nature..... Or do you think the falcon is a pet and is lost?

Why would you report it? It's just doing what it does naturally. It obviously belongs to someone, hence the tracker, they'll find it.
