I get the managers point re you going there a long time and it never happening as I hate it when you do things well every time but are then scolded for one mistake, all else forgotten... bUT the manager has missed the whole point of the complaint - that this wasn't an accident in the noral course of the job, this was a result of rough handling because of a bad mood! Huge difference!

I was lucky enough to have the hairdresser herself wash my hair today....Grrrrrr again....Nope No apology and paid full regular price for the hair color. I dont really care about a freebie what ticks me off is their lack of response.

I've never really noticed whether any of my hairdressers had long nails. MInd you ,my hairdressers never wash my hair it was always someone else.

Touche! I have always been extra nice and ignore her nails. She scratched me on my forehead a few months back and I let it go. Didnt think it was necessary to complain. Wish I had. I got no apology, just a sullen face. I am just grateful I didnt get an abrasion on my cornea!
