12 cheque deal direct from landlord.
We have a 1 year old and a two year old (3 in April!) and need an extra bedroom. 2 year old thinks it is hilarious to wake 1 year old up whether she is sleeping in the same room or in ours! Driving me crazy and causing me to be tired and ratty. Also 1 year old is shattered all the time despite having big naps whilst 2 year old is a nursery.
Need to move for our sanity!!
Hopefully someone can help!
Forgot to mention that the landlord is fine for us to break the lease if we find a new tennant!
