Good afternoon. I too am new to Dubai! I have been here a week and would love to meet some new friends. I'm in my 50's, but I don't mind what age you are if you don't! I love children, mine are grown up, therefore, I don't mind meeting people with children. I live in Jumeirah Park, but can't drive yet, as I am still waiting to get my visa. Hi Leeann If I'm right, you arrive in Dubai tonight. There are coffee mornings arranged every Monday throughout the summer - details on the website. I believe there is also one for mums and tots at the same time. I would be happy to meet up with you at any time. I'm not sure where you are staying. If the Marina, then Dubai Marina Mall is easy or Mall of the Emirates. I'm meeting a couple of other ladies on Tuesday at 9am. I know I'm a little late, but just wondered how your meet up went? I am moving to Dubai from Scotland in 3 weeks and would love to meet up with you for a coffee or something. I'm in my early 30s with a little girl who is 20 months. Sorry for the late reply! My container arrived and I have been very busy getting my villa sorted. We met up for a coffee and are meeting up for lunch on Tuesday. I must say it's nice to meet others in the same predicament. What date do you arrive? Where will you be living? I'm really keen on making friends since I'm quite far away from home and I want to enjoy Dubai as much I can. Anything that involves food , the beach (although it's too hot now), and just having a good laugh would be amazing! I'm 29, single and no kids yet. Abby x Hi, I'm the same.
